Welcome to The Jump Spot! We're excited to bring the thrill of Bruiser the Bull and the bounce-filled fun of our inflatables to your next event.
To ensure a smooth and successful experience, please review our booking policy:
Deposits:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date and time for both Bruiser the Bull and inflatable rentals.
Payments:

The remaining balance for Bruiser the Bull and inflatable rentals is due in full at least [Number] days prior to your event date. We accept [List accepted payment methods].
Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, cancellations made within 7 days of your event will forfeit the entire booking fee.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event date, we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability. Please note that rescheduling may be subject to an additional fee.
Event Duration:

Bruiser the Bull and inflatable rentals are typically booked for a duration of 2-5 hours. Additional time needed from the original booking duration may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional fee.
Safety:

The safety of our guests is our top priority. All participants must follow the safety guidelines provided by our staff. The Jump Spot reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who does not follow safety instructions.
